Shipping Information:
Most Web orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days from receipt of order.
Refund and Return Policies:
There are no refunds for products unless they are unopened or shown to be defective. In order to return goods, the customer must e-mail or call and obtain a return authorization before sending the product back. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. We must be notified within 30 days of receipt of any defective product or no credit will be issued. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
